Optimal LPDDR4 validation requires analysis of the LPDDR4 signals as seen by the memory components. This allows for the highest confidence that the signals captured are representative, contain little interference, and present the maximum possible data eye size.

These XH Series interposers include our patented EdgeProbe^TM technology, enabling measurements of the highest LPDDR4 data rates – more than 4.2GT/s (LPDDR4-4266) – while allowing the interposer to be virtually the same size as the memory component.

Oscilloscope de-embedding software filters/removes interposer effects. Please contact Nexus for the appropriate de-embedding software for your interposer.
