Building off Nexus Technology’s proven and industry-leading memory component interposers, the new XH Series enables measurements of the high data rates, aggressive signal edge rates and shrinking voltages of DDR5 main memory and LPDDR5 and LPDDR5X mobile memory which are seeing clock rates exceeding 3.2GHz, data rates exceeding 8.5GT/s, voltage swings shrinking below 200mV as well as increasingly aggressive slew rates.
